Problem: The organization needed to ensure compliance with coding standards across multiple development teams.

Solution: I wrote the original guidelines documentation, so the logical next step was to create a compliance course based on that document. The course reviews the four main categories of conventions over four chapters, and each chapter concludes with a quiz. Chapters do not need to be completed sequentially. Variables, triggers, and states are used to track learner progress.

Problem: The organization needs to ensure its coaches are aware of and complying with state-mandated concussion protocols.

Solution: Rise microlearning. After researching the topic, I created a storyboard for the elements to be used. 

The microlearning includes AI-generated narration, a labeled image generated with AI, and concludes with a scenario to assess the learner.
